Store Policy

ATACSOL, LLC is committed to providing unparalleled customer service, and having said this we are committed to processing and shipping your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

United States

Our primary shipping method for both equipment, and firearms is the USPS (United States Parcel Service). Equipment, clothing and other soft goods will be shipped first-class, while firearms will be shipped priority. All firearms must be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer, and we must have a copy of their FFL on file prior to doing so. Ammunition will be shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) ground only.

Overseas

Items such as ammunition, firearms and optics are strictly regulated and cannot be shipped or sold abroad. Equipment, clothing and soft goods may be shipped and USPS priority will be the primary method for doing so. Please contact us prior to placing an order so proper shipping costs can be quoted. ATACSOL, LLC is not responsible for shipments delayed due to customs.

Disclaimer

ATACSOL, LLC has the ability to change without notice, shipping carriers, and or shipping methods if it is felt that it will benefit either the client, company or both, and will be held harmless of any unforeseen price increases imposed by the carrier.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email info@ATACSOL.us to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
